Refund policy

Sealed and unopened product can be returned within 14 days for store credit. Bring your receipt or order number to the counter at 144 Mall Blvd, Brunswick, GA 31525.

 

Card singles and opened product are final sale, as with any card shop. Every single in the case is graded at the counter before it lists, and the condition is shown in the SKU and on the product page, so you know exactly what you are buying before you commit.

 

If something arrives damaged, or the wrong item turns up, that is on us. Bring it by the counter or email a photo and we will make it right. There is no 14-day clock on damaged or incorrect orders.

 

If you disagree with the grade on a single when it lands, that counts as damaged or wrong, and we will make it right the same way.

 

Returns are handled in store rather than by mail. Call the counter on (912) 517-0803 if you need to sort something out before making the trip.
