Terms of Service
This website is operated by Dwarven Dice Hall ("we", "us", "our"), 144 Mall Blvd, Brunswick, Georgia 31525, United States. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before placing an order.
1. Who may order
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to purchase from this store, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose, and not to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws) when using this site.
2. Products, pricing, and availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We work to keep product descriptions, images, and stock counts accurate, but we do not warrant that they are error-free. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted; stock may be sold in our physical store at the same time it is listed online.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order and issue a full refund, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Trading card singles are sold in the condition stated in the listing. Images of singles may be representative rather than photographs of the exact card unless the listing says otherwise.
3. Preorders and release dates
Preorder items are charged at the time of order and ship on or after the manufacturer's release date. Release dates are set by publishers and may move; if a release is delayed, we will hold your order and ship it when the product arrives, or cancel and refund it on request.
4. Sealed product and randomized contents
Sealed trading card products contain randomized contents determined by the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee the presence of any specific card, rarity, or insert in any sealed product. Pull rates and collation are the manufacturer's, not ours.
5. Orders, payment, and cancellation
Payment is processed at checkout by our payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders placed by resellers or distributors, or orders exceeding reasonable quantity limits on allocated products. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund it in full.
6. Shipping and pickup
We ship within the United States and to Mexico. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Free in-store pickup is available at 144 Mall Blvd, Brunswick, Georgia. Online orders are held 14 days for pickup; after that we may return the items to stock and issue store credit.
7. Returns
Sealed and unopened product may be returned within 14 days for store credit with a receipt or order number. Card singles and opened product are final sale, as is standard for card shops. Items that arrive damaged or incorrect are made right at the counter or by emailing a photo to us, with no 14-day limit. Our full returns policy, including how to start a return, is published on our site and forms part of these terms.
8. Events, entry, and conduct
Event entry fees, formats, schedules, and prize support are set per event and may change. Entry is paid at the door unless a listing says otherwise. We may refuse entry to, or remove from the premises, anyone who is disruptive, harassing, cheating, or otherwise interfering with other players' enjoyment of the hall.
9. Trade-ins and buylist
Trade-in and buylist offers are quotes based on the condition and market value of the items at the time of assessment, and are valid only at the time they are given. We may decline any item. Store credit issued for trade-ins has no cash value and does not expire unless required by law.
10. Third-party trademarks
Product names, logos, and images are the property of their respective publishers and manufacturers, including Wizards of the Coast, Games Workshop, Bushiroad, The Pokémon Company, and others. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.
11. Accuracy of your information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update it so we can complete your order and contact you as needed. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
12. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
Except where prohibited by law, our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights under state consumer protection laws.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dwarven Dice Hall and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The version posted here at the time you place an order governs that order. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Glynn County, Georgia.
